What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, optional organisation, email address, enquiry type, preferred mode, your question, and your consent. Nothing is collected from other pages.
How it is used
Your enquiry is emailed to the VRCRI team and stored with the site so it can be answered. You receive an automatic confirmation by email. It is not used for marketing and no marketing opt-in is offered.
Analytics
No external analytics are connected at the time of writing. If that changes, this page will be updated first.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond. To ask for yours to be deleted, use the contact page.
Please do not send
Confidential, personal or commercially sensitive documents. Attachments are not accepted.
